Technical audit
Review your systems, access, data, suppliers, workarounds and support history.
Approach Understand first. Recommend second.
Mevrok first reviews what you have and what is going wrong. We then compare options, deliver the agreed work and make ownership clear.
See the six steps ↘01 Technical audit
A technical audit is a structured review of your systems, risks and working methods. It shows what is known, what needs checking and what limits the available options.

02 Six-stage delivery method
The amount of detail depends on the project. At every step, you can see the evidence, owner and decision.

03 Audit outputs
The exact documents depend on the agreed scope. Each one separates facts, assumptions, recommendations and decisions.
04 Keeping delivery under control
Governance means clear rules for decisions, ownership and changes. We use only the controls the project needs.
Agree what is included, excluded and required for approval.
Name who decides, who delivers and what the customer must provide.
Track milestones, current status and the next decisions.
Record important risks, issues, dependencies and requested changes.
Show test results, user checks and agreed completion conditions.
Provide documents, support ownership and a list of later improvements.
05 Service handover
Mevrok follows service-management practices aligned with ITIL Version 5. ITIL is a framework for managing technology services; this is not a certification claim.
Before closing the project, we record system owners, open issues, handover details and escalation steps. Any ongoing support is agreed in a separate service schedule.
